New updates and features for inspectAR

2.11 brings a new and critical feature to PCB inspection and analysis. Procedures is an Allegro integration which vastly improves the efficiency in PCB procedural testing.

InspectAR 2.10 introduces some new usability features. Window docking, a crosshair tool for finding parts more quickly, and a unified project creation flow that unifies our project creation flow.

You can now run inspectAR across multiple displays at once. This is a big change for inspectAR

inspectAR 2.6.0 is shipping with an easy way for you to find focus on your board. Our new camera controller window gives you the ability to manually focus an image bringing your board into view.

InspectAR 2.9.0 come with two major features for new users. Projects can now be created using an Allegro .brd file directly, and you can now run inspectAR across multiple displays at once, so you can separate your camera feed from inspectAR’s menus.

The inspectAR application contains a calibration animation now to better explain our 2-5 min calibration process.

Calibrating your design is the first step to getting augmented reality overlays to assist in the assembly and debugging of your PCB. The focus slider feature in the calibration scene ensures precise calibration.

You are no longer required to link your Digi-Key account to inspectAR to get part searching functionality; this is available to all part search users regardless of whether you use Digi-Key.

How many pdfs would someone need to open to understand every minute detail in the last PCB they designed?

By far the most powerful feature of inspectAR 2.6.0 is the Overlay Adjustment feature. You can now adjust your overlays down to 0.2mm and well below to make sure that things line up perfectly.
